I remember it well. Dave would be around every Thursday in the Snap-On tool truck. Dave knew his stuff and offered a small credit line. Thursdays were my day to slowly build up my tool box. It was also the day I made that weekly payment. That was around 1979. There was no Amazon. In fact, there was no internet.
